About Myself: Married with two wonderful daughters. I have been jotting thoughts for my own amusement and sanity for about 8 years. Thought I'd have a bash more publicly.

Lots goes on inside my bean.

I live in a strange world with a somewhat rarified atmosphere. Sometimes it's fun to not be understood by people.

Sometimes I write from my daydreams, other times I write my own life.

Title article: The Last Hero

I was brought up near Brooklands race track and played there as a kid. Kind of caught the Bluebird bug then. I met Gina Campbell a couple of years ago just after Bluebird had been recovered from Conniston. She is still clearly inspired by her amazing father.

No hidden agenda on this one
I saw the car in a museum. I had recently been to Goodwood Motor Circuit. The stretch of road is a favourite from motorcycling days. I'm married to "Alex". The story just kind of fell out of my head during lunch at work. Easy one really...

Well I liked it...
...and that scares me just a little bit.

Keep writing them, I like your style.

Got it all in there...

Short, punchy and good.

Title article: about that boy

Loved the line
"down to the bottom of my feet's soft spots"

That made me feel your vunerability.

A sad but poignant poem.

Title article: when its over

Captures the anguish of a failed relationship well. Looking forwards to more.

Title article: is it wrong?
Date: 2008-04-22 23:25:31

The World can seem a very big place when one is feeling lost or confused. To me, this story gets that feeling across very well. Getting those feelings "out there" by whatever means will always help.

I like your work, keep writing.

Title article: Remembering Mom

Nicely written. It's hard to find the right words to put here without appearing condescending or crass.

I lost my father when I was 6, and I have posted a letter to him on here. I have photographs of him and me from when I was about 5, I can just about remember them being taken, what treasures they have turned out to be.

Another Good One
Keep them coming!

Pretty Good
Is there more of this story to come? I would certainly like to read more.

Just two points...

Maybe it should have been posted under "Romance".

I found it a little difficult to read because the line breaks hadn't pasted correctly.

Keep at it!
