Good start
Great structure and foundation for the start of a solid prose poem! The tense is a little unbalanced (going from past to present) and a few words misspelled. A little work on verb, minor punctuation and style will grow with you into a fantastic writer.

Title article: Ode to Chaabuk

Very delighting and relieving that fun can still occur on storiesville without shame or self-consciousness. Reminds me of a vocalist warming up to the high notes; to be able to perform with great impression. I'm sure this is you.

Title article: MY DAUGHTER. (Healer of the world . 2008)
Date: 2008-08-30 15:47:34
Exceptional!
This story many times have I heard, even through my own life; being on the opposite end of the author. The strenuous years of living with only self thought of the other and whom they may be or become without your influence until your slight leak of the sun through their closed window. Flesh and blood needs flesh and blood. Well accomplished. Stephen.

Title article: Sundown in a Familiar City
Date: 2008-08-30 15:02:36

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where the three rivers rally and all yawn goodnight to the brothering Ohio. Great wording at the end with "lackadaisy"the combining of beauty in unenthusiasm, and "cucumbersome", the bittersweet: mother humming amongst stovetop boil, anxious hunger.

Title article: the unfruitful venture for finding
Date: 2008-08-30 10:50:30

The smallness of mankind and creations in perspective: to pluck an atom off an oak tree, perfectly visioned and written. Ants are hard to see yourself as when accomplishments such as great greek columns are created by our hands, leaving us to feel like ownership is what we have, but realizing is as easy as reading this poem. Fruitful to the mind!

Title article: gone
Date: 2008-08-30 10:42:38

The tangible objects we hold in inviolable trusts are vulnerable to the destructive flame or shattering winds, but the memory is one that can't be touched so easily. Thinking about yourself again, well, why else would we cry for those loses. Written very well.

Title article: after that afternoon
Date: 2008-08-26 19:11:08
significant
the severed ties of endearment caught up in tangles of youngness and the sweet taste to have to give away, and although the returning may be at ocean's length, never the same as when it was in bloom prior the return; in the end, still abiding by rules set in concrete loves, like true lovers do, always. written in the only way it could have been, by you, timothy.

Title article: My Present
Date: 2008-08-26 18:04:23

comparing the heart fragile to that of wings on a bird put a great image and perspective on the handling of a love; carefully and gently as it has already been hurt, torn and abused.

Title article: Politically Correct?
Date: 2008-08-22 10:47:02

for such bold comments you place on other writers' work with wit, i'm surprised by this and find this a mild euphemism compared to your comment works or the works of Bukowski, who would've embraced this idea, but would've said it with a middle finger, two whores and a beer after a bar fight. a little watery, but i do agree fully and enjoy my cigarettes with whiskey. i admire your work, harmattan.

Title article: WO(W)NDERFUL WIFE
Date: 2008-08-22 09:31:18

i had to read this twice over to make sure i was getting it right. quite simple the poem, as is don, and his wonderful supportive wife. wow! i have to say, though, the image of the dancing girl is intriguing.
