About Myself:

I'm a 17 year old guy from Kolkata. Writing is my passion....although my writings were mostly limited to stories/essays as a part of school assignments,classwork and stuff like that. I've wrote for quite a few story contests...and won a few as well :) But I've only just started posting content on the net. My stories explore emotions,ethics,the darkness,the gloom,along with the happy and the joyous moments. It's the reflection of human nature.

Writing,to me,is a vent - for letting out all my feelings,all the pent up and supressed ones. I channelise my frustration,anger,happiness,EVERYTHING into this medium.

Lotsa built up tension, dissipating it all with the spider thingy. Had me laughing. The narration, the structure, flow, all great. Really good stuff.

I loved this! Superb characterization and an angsty narrative led to one hell of a piece. The perspective shift kinda threw me off a bit, and made it confusing, but it got better. But I gotta say - a bit more emotion would have helped.

It fits in well with "Sorrow Is My Mask". I didn't notice that connection until Tarhead pointed it out.

It was written pretty okay. But dialogues were very unrealistic. And some seemed a bit too cheesy. The structure was okay, and the end twist was pretty good, too. Right from the start, I guessed it would be something like this in the end, but I never expected dogs vs cats, lol :D

I thought the use of somewhat disjointed, broken up sentences was interesting. It kinda produced in the reader an effect of...err....lyrical intoxication maybe ? X__X

It's like...it made me kinda disoriented, like being drunk. Yeah I know I sound weird. But that was my first reaction.

It could have had more material though, to flesh it out a bit more. And the last two paragraphs don't really fit in, somehow.

I 'got' why it was supposed to be funny and all, but couldn't really smile. Eh, maybe just a little.

Also I didn't understand WHY the part about him and the bucket was in there, it seemed off-topic.

Okay, this was a collection of observations, relatively funny, presented as dry humour. Was nice reading.

It cracked me up, but certainly not make-me-go-LOL material :P

Okay, this blew me away. Man! I can't single out anything worth praising especially. Every bit was AWESOME. I loved the flow, and the choice of words gave it an...elegant...character. I think the last paragraph's gonna stay with me a while. :)

Great, really. Not to mention Gothic :P Man I really gotta stop using that word this much.

Characterization, the plot, the storytelling, the...ah forget it all. The whole thing was simply SUPERB. I've read a few of your works, and this surely beats 'em all. Really nice. Kept me intrigued throughout.

Yeah, as Max said, your breaking the 4th wall humor works. I like it when that happens :D You comment on stereotypical situations - I like that too.

These two things, really made me enjoy this one, even without a proper ending. Oh and the structure/flow was good too.
