Watch the clouds
Pass by.
Their shapes deform
Into cold masses
Of ice.
You pass through the clouds,
Aiming high up.
The crystals thicken
And your skin is cut.
You deteriorate
Slowly under the slices.
But you need to go on
You have to go on.
It's what you want,
It's the highest of your dreams.
But, scream as loud as you can
And noone will hear you.
Fall down,
And you die.
And once you've reached your goal
You may be just
A bleeding, lifeless
pulp.
