About Myself:

My writings began as short little stories. But then I began to experiment my writing style into the world of poems. And ever since then I haven't been able to stop writing poems. For me, poems are more fun to write and they are alot more challenging.

I basically write about anything that seems relevant to me at the time. Most of my poetry is about me in a way. Every thought that I include in my poems is usually a thought I personally feel or have felt in the past.

I really do not write anything on the mellow or happy side. So, if you're a person who likes things to be upbeat and sugarcoated....then nothing I write is for you. And if you don't like what I write just save me the time and don't comment. Because most importantly, I don't write these poems to later see who thinks I did a good job or who thinks I fucked up. I write them for myself.

Lastly, some of my poems might even offend you because of the subjects i oppose within them. I personally feel like this country is going in the complete opposite direction of what is right...and I won't call myself an American anymore. I will not be accused for what this country does to itself. And I am surely not proud, and won't protect a flag that stands for nothing it foolishly preaches. Ending on that note, I'll leave you with a poem by one of my favorite poets, Saul Williams.

They say that I am a poet.

this was good!! you know, i've tried to convey the same thing...except i wrote alot and you wrote a very small portion...and today, your small piece here wins. i really enjoyed it. it's so simple but it is able to make you think about complex things after.

well if you hadn't noticed...i mean you must be extremely ignorant or completely stupid...but there have been poems of yours that i have liked.
and that i have left positive comments on...but these newest two i didn't like...i mean i'm not going to give you five stars like everybody else does on the site just to be nice. if i don't like it, i don't like it.
so deal with it.
you're funny though...always reading it...you know i click on the story titles without knowing who wrote them until they come up....i don't sit here all day reading solely "your" pieces. come on now...let's get real.
oh and i should have said this before.....maybe you should borrow this hater-ade of mine...it probably would have ddone this poem so much good.

i really liked the repitition of Icon. really added to the whole story. and i also liked the line about the nun's ears closing....that was interesting to me.

yea the line the other two pointed out was cool...but as for the rest. eh. it just seems, well to me, that you try too hard to rhyme and for that reason, things really come out forced.

this one i didn't really care for. the rhyming was okay in some parts...but then in others, it just didn't work. and the spelling mistakes in this hung me up a couple times, which only forced me to dislike it even more.

this was alright. i mean it was just a guy and a girl having sex...is there really anything else to this? not that i could see. and how many times i have heard that line (the world dissolving around them) i've heard that so many times. but i'll agree somewhat on how you didn't let this go to pornography in a way...some of it was just crude i felt. but i did like the ending. it ended nicely.

some of the blue poetry was confusing and hard to understand and a few times i did catch myself getting hung up on your broken up english....but in the end i was able to understand the story and i found it interesting. a little familiar to me personally, in a way. but overall, a nice job. just try the best you can to watch your English.
