Sweet story, I liked the ideas in it and thought they were backed up with good imagery. It's the kind of story I will tell my children if I ever have any.

The message is clear, and I like the ideas of the promises, I guess it's the keeping of them that's the hard part. Good rhyming, but I felt that the rhythm was a bit awkward in places.

Great story. It's a familiar thought process, though without the jump to death it's drawn out, fragmented and forgotten, and doesn't make for so fine a read.

It's not supposed to be entirely clear. I decided a story about a guy gone insane shouldn't be. 
 
It took me a few weeks to write after the topic was posted cause I was very busy at work, and in my free time very lazy, to keep the universe balanced.
