The Last Supper?

Not a story!
Well, I am sorry, but I didn't understand the purpose of this story. Though it had a nicely maintained secret but that's it. Beyond that, the story tells nothing. Why did he kill his wife? What happens to him after that? Does he consider it as a sin or lives happily by it? Nothing has been told. I really dont consider it as a story but a plain piece of elaborate writing of an event. It could be a good part of the full story. Thank you.

Explanation and a thank you note
First of all, thank you for taking time off to read the story.
The story is very much center around my country (India) and her people. Being a developing nation, we are fighting with our own conscious and our own existence. The farmer suicides due to agricultural mishaps have been frequent in recent days. The worst scene is the upper stratum of country, which is known as an agriculture-based country, has neglected the people who feed us, for long. My, or any other developing country, looks for some kind of stamping from the developed nations. Please don’t misunderstand me here. I am not against any nation and hold high respect for all the countries in the world, but I get bugged when we look out for help where we could have easily found one if we would have looked within. The story talks about the ignorance towards self-sustainability, self-respect, and self-dependency.
I hope, I have made myself clear.
Thank you, once again, for the kind of interest shown.
