I liked this, nicely done. Nicely twisted.
The only thing I'd say was it was a little upbeat for 1st cosidering the man was a criminal. In my personal opinion, I would have made it a little darker.
But that IS just MY personal opinion. :-)

I liked this. Everyone loves a happy ending. Fantastic characterisation, you really feel for her and hope it works out for her. Are you going to write part two? I'd really like to know what happens at that dinner....!

This is a good, sharp short story. I liked it and laughed out loud at the twist at the end! Every woman needs a gay best friend, and this woman was no exception!!
